Job summary

VISIONICS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM modeller/draftsman to support construction projects with detailed drawings and submissions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as BIM modeller or draftsman in building construction.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Tender Drawings, Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, As-Built Drawings, etc.
• Prepare Drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc.
• Attend BIM Coordination Meeting
• Monitor and update drawing submission status including compilation and discuss with Project Team
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting Manager
