INM CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated CAD/BIM Designer to join our Singapore-based construction team.

You will prepare technical drawings, build BIM models, and support project coordination throughout the lifecycle of our projects. The role requires a diploma or degree in engineering or architecture, 2–3 years of CAD/BIM drafting experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of CAD/BIM drafting experience in construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM-related software.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and BIM coordination.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards and regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Job Description
