Job summary

PERMANENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Draftperson in Singapore to produce 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation. You will support the project management office with drafting resources and assist on-site measurements to ensure project progress.

The ideal candidate holds a Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA) or equivalent and has 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting. Reading structural drawings and coordinating with other disciplines are essential.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA) or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation (2D/3D).
• 3–5 years of experience as an architectural draftsperson.
• Able to read structural drawings and coordinate multi-discipline drawings.

Responsibilities

• Draft 2D and 3D drawings according to customer specifications.
• Assist project engineer on-site measurements.
• Ensure progress and timely completion of projects.
• Draft resources for the project management office.
