Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a CAD & BIM Designer to develop and update AutoCAD drawings and BIM/Revit models from design to as-built stage at our project sites around Ubi Avenue.

You will coordinate with architectural, structural and M&E teams, prepare shop and installation drawings, detect clashes, and support site surveys while keeping BIM models current. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or BIM, 1-3 years CAD/BIM experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec or Degree in Engineering, BIM, Drafting, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years CAD/BIM experience in construction or M&E.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM clash detection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings and BIM/Revit models.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, installation details and as-built drawings.
• Prepare drawings for electrical, lightning protection, earthing and related systems.
• Convert design and consultant drawings into detailed construction drawings.
• Maintain BIM models, drawing revisions and document records.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural and M&E disciplines.
• Identify clashes and support BIM coordination.
• Attend coordination meetings and update drawings based on approved changes.
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts and drawing submissions.
• Ensure drawings meet project requirements and relevant standards.
• Support site surveys, measurements and drawing updates.
• Assist site teams with drawing-related issues.
• Prepare final as-built drawings and BIM models.
