TRUST-BUILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Drafter to create and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD, and prepare 2D drawings and as-built BIM submissions.

The role focuses on complying with local codes and project standards, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring shop drawings are checked against coordinated information before handover to the Technical Co-ordinator. A strong drafting speed and knowledge of BCA codes are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related M&E field.
• Certificate in BIM modelling (BCA) or equivalent.
• Certificate in BIM Revit for M&E.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD.
• Prepare 2D drawings, documentation and as-built BIM submissions.
• Ensure models/drawings comply with applicable codes and specifications.
• Incorporate shop drawings with subcontractor requirements and coordination.
• Check shop drawings against coordinated information before handover to Technical Co-ordinator.
