Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an administrator with billing and logistics responsibilities to support wine and tobacco shipments. You will handle billing documentation, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure accurate order fulfilment in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires good communication, PC literacy, and prior admin/billing/logistics experience; training will be provided for regulatory and permit declarations. Mon-Fri 8:00–5:30pm, location Pioneer, Singapore.

Qualifications

• PC literate and well organized.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Experience in admin, billing, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing and related documentation for wine and tobacco products
• Manage day to day logistics operations for assigned shipments
• Process orders and transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements, including permit declarations (training will be provided)
• Address operational queries and maintain accurate records
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required
