Job summary

Barworks Wine & Spirits Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Billing and Inventory Associate to manage day-to-day processes, prepare invoices and delivery orders, maintain stock records, and ensure payments are recorded promptly.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review documents for accuracy, input data, and help identify improvements across billing and inventory workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a billing, inventory, or administrative role.
• Strong team work and inter-personal management skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and accounting practices.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Tally and check documents to ensure consistency and accuracy before submission or filing.
• Ensure payments are properly recorded in the system upon receipt and assist the team with knocking off payments in the system.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and managed in the system.
• Perform general data entry duties as required, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated in the relevant systems.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and provide support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Identify and implement improvements in billing, inventory, and payment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate reports related to invoices, payments, and inventory levels, providing regular updates to management.
