Job summary

GONGFANGTANG PTE. LTD. seeks a bilingual TCM Front Desk Clinic Assistant to handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and basic herbal dispensing in a busy clinic near MRT Chinatown/Holland Village in Singapore.

You will measure, dispense, and decoct traditional Chinese herbs, manage inventory, greet patients, process payments, and promote wellness packages with friendly service and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in TCM herbal dispensing and decoction is required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with patients and read prescriptions.
• Cheerful, patient, neat, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Able to work shifts and weekends (Monthly schedule includes 4 to 5 rest days).

Responsibilities

• Dispense and pack traditional Chinese herbal prescriptions according to physicians' orders.
• Operate herbal decoction machines to brew and bottle herbs safely and hygienically.
• Manage herbal inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain storage cleanliness.
• Greet patients, manage registration, queue order, and appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Handle patient inquiries with patience and professional care.
• Process daily checkout transactions, payment collection, and basic data entry.
• Proactively introduce TCM wellness packages, health products, or treatment courses to patients.
• Assist in driving sales targets through good patient follow-up and service excellence.
