REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for an Operations & Customer Support role focused on Japanese speaking customers in Singapore. You will handle customer service, e-commerce operations, administration, and inventory management, collaborating with the Japan head office and overseas partners.

You will work in a small team with learning on the job, gain exposure across multiple functions, and receive training to perform duties progressively. No prior domain knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) to communicate effectively with Japanese customers and stakeholders.
• Strong business etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Good basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and support sales at the retail store
• Handle inquiries from Japanese customers
• Communicate and coordinate with the Japan head office
• Support the operation and management of the e‑commerce website
• Maintain product information and inventory records
• Inspect, pack, and arrange shipment of products
• Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry
• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the retail store and office
• Coordinate with local staff
• Provide administrative support for payroll and various payments
• Assist with communication and coordination with overseas business partners
• Arrange business travel and accompany business trips when required
• Perform other duties related to the operation of the Singapore business
