Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Share Customer Onboarding Strategist to guide Vietnamese and English-speaking clients through the digital advertising journey from Singapore. You will build trusted relationships, uncover client needs, and translate them into powerful solutions that drive growth for SMBs in the region.

In this role, you’ll manage a new customer portfolio for six months, deliver against goals, and collaborate with sales, product, and program teams to ensure seamless handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
• Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
• Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
