Job summary

SHJIANLI (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E QS to support pricing, contract management, and on-site measurement activities at the TUAS location with company shuttle service.

The candidate should be able to work independently while coordinating with clients and suppliers. Requirements include fluent English and Chinese, relevant QS experience in Singapore construction, and strong communication skills to handle quotations, contracts, and progress payments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QS in Singapore construction projects.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Familiar with quotation, contract management, and progress payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general contracting project quotations and pricing; participate in client negotiations.
• Draft, review and manage subcontracting contracts using company templates.
• Verify on-site work quantities weekly and reconcile progress payments with auditors.
• Identify local Singapore material suppliers and assist purchasing with local market knowledge.
