Job summary

shjianli (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site activities at our TUAS project.

You will liaise with the CM team for daily site reporting and coordinate with technical, QA/QC and safety teams to keep work on schedule and compliant. The role requires 3+ years in construction project management, strong planning and budgeting skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven track record in managing complex construction projects.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols and quality standards.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with CM team for daily site activities reporting.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and attend weekly coordination meetings.
• Ensure site work progress is coordinated and safe.
• Coordinate MEP work with technical, QAQC and safety teams.
• Plan subcontractor manpower, equipment, materials and access.
• Ensure timely construction information for reporting.
• Attend site inspections as requested.
• Prepare site documents for document controller submissions.
• Prepare weekly schedule to monitor site progress.
• Resolve site coordination problems between disciplines and raise RFIs.
• Identify QAQC site queries to QAQC team.
• Supervise MEP work during installation and ensure quality.
• Prepare handing over documents at project completion.
