Job summary

SG BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage comprehensive HR functions covering manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training and policy review.

The role also handles payroll verification and monthly HR reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will oversee recruitment for management and workers, including work pass matters, provide HR direction to management, plan welfare programs, and maintain employee data while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in HR.
• Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with internal/external personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training and policy review.
• Oversee payroll verification and monthly HR reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle recruitment for management staff and workers, including work pass matters.
• Provide HR direction and support to the management team.
• Plan, budget and execute employee welfare programs.
• Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies.
