Responsibilities

• Plan manpower with department heads and coordinate staffing.
• Advertise vacancies, screen resumes, interview and select candidates.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
• Manage Work Pass applications and MOM liaison.
• Oversee monthly payroll, CPF, taxes and statutory contributions.
• Handle employee records, onboarding and offboarding, leave and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with SFA/NEA/MOM requirements where relevant.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct; lead HR tasks.
