Job summary

PRYON INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Human Resources generalist to support day-to-day HR functions in a construction-focused environment in Singapore.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and learning & development initiatives. You will also manage the Time Management System, payroll submission, HRIS, and foreign worker matters, while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act, MOM & BCA regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in construction industry in a similar role with hands-on HR software experience.
• Ability to work independently within deadlines.
• Meticulous with problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
• Manage Time Management System (TMS) and payroll submission timelines.
• HRIS management and optimisation of HR information systems.
• Handle foreign worker passes, renewals, dormitory matters, and related insurance.
• Administer employee leave, claims and other HR matters.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee general admin and office/factory operations and vendor coordination.
