You will coordinate sample collection with the dispatch team, prepare health certificates and forms, and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth information flow.

The role requires strong English communication and the ability to engage Mandarin-speaking customers, with attention to detail and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer and handle all customer queries and requests that come in by phone, email, or other channels.
• Coordinate customer sample collection requests with the dispatch team, including monthly pickups.
• Prepare health certificate, request form and cover letter or other documents for customers.
• Liaise with internal and external parties ensuring clear communication of information and smooth process flow.
• Maintain and update customer's contact details or any relevant documentation.
• Assist with other administrative tasks.
