Job summary

Family Care Clinic Pte Ltd is seeking a capable front desk professional to support patient registration and clinic operations in our busy family clinic. You will handle front desk duties, assist with dispensing medications, stock management, cashier tasks, and maintain clean, orderly spaces.

Our patient base includes many elderly speakers of dialects; fluency in English is required and Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage. IT savvy and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and the ability to speak Mandarin/dialects will be an added advantage
• IT savvy
• Prior operation experience an added bonus
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
