Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, along with customer service experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience in healthcare, retail, or service is advantageous.
• Comfortable assisting elderly clients with patience and friendliness.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and caregivers and assist with their enquiries.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with the hearing care team.
• Register clients and maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Process invoices, payments, and billing enquiries.
• Follow up with clients on appointments and services.
• Provide guidance on hearing aid care and elevate technical issues.
• Handle feedback and service concerns professionally.
• Share information on services, products, and promotions.
• Monitor clinic supplies and inventory.
• Support general administrative duties.
