Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – English & Mandarin) to support Mandarin-speaking clients from our Ubi/Kaki Bukit location. The role requires at least 1 year in a contact centre and strong communication skills.

You will handle inquiries, draft professional email responses, and generate reports using Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables). Weekend availability is required to cover peak periods; a Nitec or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of contact centre experience.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
• Confident in handling difficult customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• Able to draft clear and professional email responses to customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for report generation.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to work on weekends.

Responsibilities
