Hua Cheng Education Centre (Serene Centre) is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to support parents, students and teachers. The role focuses on smooth operations, welcoming visitors, and delivering friendly course consultations in both English and Mandarin.

The position is part-time (long term), with weekday evenings and weekend shifts at Serene Centre (Jalan Serene, Bukit Timah). Suitable candidates will be organised, proactive, and comfortable using MS Office and Canva in a bilingual

Qualifications

• Diploma in Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service, education centre, or front-desk experience an advantage.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking ability with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day centre and class operations.
• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and handle phone enquiries professionally.
• Provide clear and warm course consultation to parents.
• Handle customer feedback and follow through to resolution.
• Liaise with teachers and parents on student progress in both English and Chinese.
• Handle enrolment, fee collection, class scheduling, and preparation of materials.
