Job summary

A.I.R LEARNING HUB PTE. LTD. is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to engage parents, recommend suitable courses, and manage student enrollments across branches.

You will respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media, build relationships for renewals and referrals, and support events to attract new students. Fluent English and Mandarin are required, with strong sales and customer-service skills and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

Job Summary

You will engage with parents to recommend suitable courses, manage student enrollments across branches, and use social media and events to attract new students while building lasting relationships for course renewals and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from parents via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media to recommend appropriate courses and secure enrollments
• Manage student enrollments across all branches, directing students to the most suitable locations
• Use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu to engage with parents, post updates, and attract new students
• Support offline events and roadshows to promote the centre and recruit students
• Follow up with interested parents to maintain engagement and encourage course renewals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current parents to foster referrals and repeat enrollments
• Communicate clearly and patiently to address parents’ concerns and provide excellent customer service
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, to align with parents’ availability

Required competencies and certifications

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively engage with diverse parents
