SAINTLY Education Centre in Singapore is seeking a Course Consultant Assistant to support students and families. The role involves indoor sales, client relations, and social media management, with a focus on engaging Chinese-speaking parents.

You will work weekends (mandatory) and create a welcoming environment for learners from Primary to Upper Secondary. The team offers a remuneration package, annual bonus, promotion opportunities, and vibrant culture at our Bugis location.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a Polytechnic or higher in Singapore education system.
• Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking parents in Mandarin.
• Willing to work weekends (mandatory).
• Patient with students from Primary to Upper Secondary.
• Able to learn and adapt to educational services.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, agents, and internal team members.
• Conduct indoor sales by introducing courses to clients.
• Manage company social media accounts independently and with the team.
• Support marketing events and outreach activities.
• Handle student registrations and maintain client records.
