Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal education in business-related fields as listed in the requirements.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese required to handle feedback and liaise with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide course consultation to prospective customers.
• Attend to walk-ins and telephone enquiries.
• Process and administer new student enrolments.
• Assist centre operations and day-to-day customer services & admin tasks.
• Coordinate and facilitate classes across centres.
• Handle feedback and complaints; liaise with customers and teachers.
• Manage daily collections and class materials preparation.
• Data-entry and maintenance of Student Management System & CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing on A&P plans.
