Job summary

Feishu Singapore seeks an experienced client-facing professional to drive business development and client servicing across our banking and investment client base. You will present, train, and support clients while shaping sales and marketing strategies in a fast-paced market.

The role requires 5+ years in front-office roles, bilingual English/Chinese, and a strong interest in investment. You will engage with diverse stakeholders and contribute to ongoing product and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: a degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
• Work Experience: at least 5 years in front-office roles at banks, brokerage firms, or fund management companies.
• Experience serving Chinese clients is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Outstanding presentation and client management abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with counterparts in China.
• Bonus: strong interest in investment.

Responsibilities

• Presentations and Training: conduct sessions to help clients understand products and services.
• Business Development: source new opportunities and promote offerings to expand market reach.
• Strategy Development: devise and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Client Servicing: provide ongoing support and maintain client relationships.
• Opportunity Identification: identify new opportunities and implement innovative strategies.
• Relationship Management: build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and Improvement: gather feedback and participate in product/service improvements.
