Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing preferred.
• At least 5 years of front-office experience in banks, brokerage firms, or fund management companies.
• Experience serving Chinese clients is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; outstanding presentation and client management abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Presentations and Training: Conduct presentations and training sessions to help clients understand and utilize the company’s products and services.
• Business Development: Actively source new business opportunities and promote the company’s products and services to expand market reach.
• Strategy Development: Devise and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Client Servicing: Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and implement innovative strategies to drive growth.
• Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and Improvement: Gather feedback, conduct research, and participate in the continuous improvement of products and services to enhance client experience.
