Job summary

Bank of Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Manager - Sales Strategy and Management Support in Singapore to support Front Office leadership with business management, sales strategy and governance. You will drive performance, KPI tracking, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced private banking environment.

You will build dashboards with Power BI, perform data analytics, and coordinate cross-functional teams while enabling effective change management and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Private Banking is mandatory, with 10–15 years of industry experience.
• Experience working with Senior Management in business management for Front Office.
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize people and processes toward a common goal.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management coverage to the market in business management, sales strategy and execution.
• Drive governance forums, leadership meetings and onboarding activity coordination.
• Act as trusted partner to Front Office on performance and sales management topics.
• Develop dashboards, KPI tracking, budgeting, and reporting for Front Office Heads.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support change management during implementation.
