You will translate complex banking needs into strategic technology propositions, conduct solution demonstrations, and guide proposals through multi-stakeholder cycles. You will build and manage relationships with CTOs and IT heads, drive account expansion, coordinate with product and delivery teams, and navigate regulatory requirements such as MAS, PCI-DSS, RBI considerations in

Competenze

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in Banking/BFSI or financial institutions.
• Proven track record in solution selling within BFSI or enterprise technology.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with strategic accounts.
• Skilled in translating technical capabilities into business value and ROI.

Mansioni

• Solution consulting and pre-sales: design solutions tailored to client needs in core banking, payments, lending, risk, and compliance.
• Product demonstrations and POCs: conduct technical demos and pilots for bank stakeholders.
• RFP/RFI response: prepare technical proposals and solution docs with pricing/legal teams.
• Client relationship management: act as technical liaison between sales, engineering, and client.
• Requirement gathering and gap analysis: translate business needs into technical specs and integration points.
• Competitive positioning: articulate differentiation including security and regulatory compliance.
• Sales support: address objections with ROI/TCO justification to close deals.
• Post-sales handoff: coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project transition.
• Industry & regulatory knowledge: stay updated on MAS, RBI, PCI-DSS and fintech trends.
• Internal collaboration: relay client feedback to product management for roadmap input.
