You will configure packages and tailor fitments to meet business requirements across multiple projects. Collaborate to balance functionality with user experience, ensuring mobile-optimized digital channels and end-to-end delivery. The role requires guiding junior teammates and applying strong data interpretation for solution

Qualificações

• 10+ years IT industry experience in software solution delivery, with 5+ years in financial domain.
• Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to meet tight delivery timelines.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior team members when required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists clients in the analysis and implementation of tailored solutions for the Financial Services Sector.
• Configurations involve package configuration and customized fitment to meet business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into specifications for configuration and customization, supporting at least 2 package implementations.
• Balance business functionality and user experience to optimize digital channels for mobile consumption.
• Familiar with application delivery methodologies and end-to-end full project lifecycle delivery.
• Hands-on experience supporting digital channel adaptation and multi-device user experience validation.
• Understand branch digital front-office requirements and payment management delivery.
