Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) is seeking a hands-on Laboratory IT professional to lead benchtop continuous improvement initiatives and support GMP systems on a 6-month contract in Singapore. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information technology, Computer Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Laboratory IT, Benchtop Systems, Analytical Instruments, or GMP computerized systems.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, improvement initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate defined Benchtop continuous improvement projects, including project plans, milestones, risks, actions, benefits tracking, and timely status reporting.
• Support the Benchtop Team Lead to maintain clear work priorities, action tracking, and follow-up for planned activities, deviations, and improvement actions.
• Analyse current support processes to identify duplicated work, unclear handoffs, manual steps, and recurring causes of delay or rework; implement practical and compliant improvements.
• Coordinate with Laboratory Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, vendors, System Owners, and Business Owners to align on project priorities, requirements, decisions, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain practical project tools, such as action logs, trackers, work plans, process maps, dashboards, and standard templates.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for GMP Benchtop and Analytical Systems as required.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will support the Benchtop Team Lead to coordinate improvement projects, drive action closure, and improve work processes and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Laboratory IT, Benchtop Systems, Analytical Instruments, or GMP Computerized Systems.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, improvement initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams in a regulated environment.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Laboratory IT background with project coordination and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, process mapping, or similar continuous improvement methods.
• Familiarity with CSV, GMP computerized systems, data integrity, and deviation/CAPA processes.
