Mandai Resorts Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Ambassador (Bellman) to welcome guests with the brand’s signature hospitality. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide information about resort amenities throughout their stay.

The role requires 1-2 years of similar experience in a luxury setting, with strong communication and organizational skills to handle high-pressure situations professionally. On-site role with emphasis on guest safety and service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and host them to their rooms, providing information about the hotel and its amenities.
• Assist with the check-out process, ensuring luggage is handled and transportation is arranged as needed.
• Efficiently manage and transport guest luggage, and provide luggage storage services.
• Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and luggage storage area; ensure equipment and supplies are in good condition.
• Monitor guest activity in public areas to ensure safety and report concerns.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As the Resort's Service Ambassadors, you will be responsible for promoting and driving our unparalleled standards of service and guest excellence. You will welcome our guests with our Brand's signature level of service upon their arrival and departure from our Resort. The Bellman will play an important role in assisting our guests with their luggage and other needs with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Arrival and Departure:

• Greet our guests warmly upon arrival, assist with luggage, and host them to their rooms, providing information about the hotel and its amenities.

• Assist with the check-out process, ensuring that guests' luggage is handled and transportation is arranged as needed.

Luggage Handling:

• Efficiently manage and transport guest luggage, ensuring that items are handled with care and delivered to the correct room or location.

• Provide luggage storage services, including the secure handling of guests' belongings.

Operational Support:

• Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and luggage storage area, ensuring that equipment and supplies are in good working condition.

• Assist with the maintenance of hotel vehicles, including keeping them clean and ensuring they are ready for guest use.

• Monitor guest activity in public areas, ensuring the safety and security of both guests and their belongings.

• Report any unusual activity or safety concerns to the appropriate department.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of similar experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.

• Able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
