Responsibilities

• Bell service duties: luggage on arrival/departure, luggage storage, message fax delivery, parcel/mail handover, information service.
• Open car door for guests at main entrance and assist unloading luggage.
• Room guests professionally: address by name, hold elevator, provide hotel introduction.
• Arrange transport for hotel guests as needed.
• Willing to work shift duties including weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to lift heavy luggage.

Job description

• Conducting bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest's arrival and departure, luggage storage, message service fax delivery, parcel and mail hand-over, information service and other related tasks.
• Opening door of the car for the guest in a professional manner at the main entrance of the hotel and assisting to unload the luggage if any.
• Rooming the guest in a professional way, which includes addressing the guest by name, holding the lift for guest and extending hotel introduction to guest, etc.
• Assisting to arrange for transport for hotel guest.
• Applicants must be willing to work shift duties including weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to lift heavy luggage.
