Job summary

INFINIX FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a bellman for daily hotel operations. You will assist guests by transporting luggage from the check-in lobby to rooms to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, opening doors, answering inquiries, and ensuring timely luggage delivery. Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply.

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a bellman to assist in the daily hotel operations. As a bellman, you will assist the guests in transporting their luggage from the check-in lobby to the respective guests' rooms to ensure incoming guests' satisfaction.

Job Scope:

• Always smile and welcome and acknowledge all guest according to hotel standards, anticipate and address guest’s service needs.
• Opening doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the hotel.
• Answering to hotel guests’ enquiries.
• Ensure proper handling and timely delivery of guests’ luggage to the guest rooms to ensure guests’ satisfaction.

Requirements

• Able to work in island wide locations.
• Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with guests to move their belongings.
• Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards to ensure professionalism.
