Job summary

Littlefoot Developmental Services Pte. Ltd. seeks a Behaviour Therapist (Early Intervention) to deliver 1:1 and small group ABA-based therapy across centre-based, school-based, and home-based settings. You will implement individualised programmes, collect data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote child development.

The role emphasizes evidence-based teaching, progress documentation, and ongoing professional development within a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology required.
• Prior experience with children with autism and/or developmental needs preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Behaviour Therapist (Early Intervention) – Littlefoot Developmental Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 and small group therapy sessions across centre-based, school-based, and home-based settings, as assigned.

• Implement individualised intervention programmes based on ABA principles, under the supervision of a Case Supervisor.

• Use evidence-based teaching strategies (e.g., prompting, reinforcement, task analysis, visual supports) to support skill acquisition and positive behaviour.

• Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and school readiness skills aligned with Littlefoot’s curriculum.

• Collect accurate data during sessions and maintain clear, timely documentation of progress.

• Carry out school shadowing when required to support generalisation of skills in classroom settings.

• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency and progress across environments.

• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training to support professional development and programme quality.

• Provide parent coaching and practical strategies to support carryover of skills at home.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

• Prior experience working with children with autism and/or developmental needs is preferred.

• Passionate about early intervention, with a warm, patient, and child-centred approach.

• Energetic, creative, and engaging, with the ability to build rapport with young children.

• Strong communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to support diverse families.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a structured training environment.
