Job summary

Leapfrogs Therapy Centre in Singapore invites compassionate therapists to join a warm, multidisciplinary team serving children and adolescents aged 18 months to 16 years. You will help develop learning and developmental skills through assessment, intervention, and collaborative care.

We are a multidisciplinary team of Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators supporting children and adolescents aged 18 months to 16 years.

The Role

In this role, you will help children develop fundamental learning and developmental skills-fostering attention, independent thinking, and self-motivation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessment & Intervention: Evaluate and support children and adolescents with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), attention disorders, speech, language, and communication challenges, as well as complex cases like selective mutism.
  • Therapy Delivery: Conduct weekly individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaboration & Advocacy: Participate in case conferences, train parents, liaise with allied healthcare professionals, mentor interns and students, and contribute to advocacy projects.
Minimum Requirements

Education & Professional Registration: A recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy/Pathology. Must hold home country licensing and be eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. (Current AHPC registration is a plus; we are an accredited supervision center for qualified applicants).

Experience: Prior experience working with children. Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is an advantage.

Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin or a second language is an advantage.

Teamwork: A strong commitment to collaborative practice, sharing clinical knowledge, and actively contributing to a supportive team culture.

Passion: High engagement and dedication to creating meaningful developmental milestones ("Ah-Ha" moments) for children.

Work Schedule & Location

Work Schedule: 4.67-day workweek (Tuesday to Saturday, ending at 3:00 PM on Saturdays).
