Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking several Early Intervention Teachers to join a leading community care organisation in Singapore. You will plan and deliver routine-based EI programmes based on each child’s IEP, and mentor junior staff to support school readiness.

The role offers yearly AWS plus a variable bonus, with strong opportunities for professional development in a collaborative, transdisciplinary setting with therapists, social workers, and parents.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood is required.
• Experience in Early Childhood or Early Intervention settings.
• First Aid certificate advantageous (not compulsory).
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support children in developing motor, communication, social, cognitive and self-help skills.
• Apply naturalistic teaching strategies and differentiated support.
• Collaborate with therapists, social workers, parents and other professionals as a transdisciplinary team.
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate learning materials and activities.
• Guide and mentor Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides with classroom management and teaching strategies.
• Maintain teaching and case documentation.
• Participate in team discussions, events, training and knowledge-sharing.

• Guide and mentorAssistant Teachers and Teacher Aides, including classroom management and teaching strategies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood

• Have relevant work experience in Early Childhood or Early Intervention settings

• Creative, flexible thinking, and able to motivate children

• Candidates who possess a valid First Aid Certificate would be advantageous (not compulsory).
