Job summary

Ltd. seeks a Behaviour Therapist (Early Intervention) to deliver 1:1 and small group ABA-based therapy across centre-based, school-based, and home-based settings. You will implement individualised programmes, collect data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote child development.

The role emphasizes evidence-based teaching, progress documentation, and ongoing professional development within a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology required.
• Prior experience with children with autism and/or developmental needs preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 and small group therapy sessions across centre-based, school-based, and home-based settings.
• Implement ABA-based intervention programmes under supervision.
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies to support skill acquisition and behaviour.
• Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and school-ready skills.
• Collect accurate data during sessions and maintain progress documentation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency across environments.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to support programme quality.
• Provide parent coaching and practical strategies to support carryover at home.
