Job summary

JurongHealth Campus is seeking a Service Associate for the Bed Management Unit on a one-year contract. The role involves bed allocation, coordinating with departments, and maintaining bed census and reports.

Must be customer-service oriented with good IT skills and strong communication abilities. Applicants should be prepared for three rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to rotate 3 shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• To perform bed allocation on systems, complying to KPI.
• Work closely with departments and update bed availability status.
• To monitor and manage bed allocation.
• Attend to enquiries and follow up on bed requests.
• Assist in preparing hospital bed census and reporting as required.
• Ad-hoc admin duties in the department.
