Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Temp Patient Service Associate – Bed Management Unit to support bed and ambulance management within a hospital setting. You will coordinate admissions and transfers, liaise with wards and EMS, and help ensure smooth patient flow.

You will work rotating AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays, perform administrative duties, and contribute to patient care by expediting admissions and transfers.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commit to shift timings and to the duration of Sep 2026 – Jan 2027.

Responsibilities

• Bed management coordination with admissions/transfers to assign beds per protocols.
• Monitor capacity and align demand with supply; activate bed-tight measures as needed.
• Provide bed and resource utilisation statistics to management and other institutions.
• Coordinate ambulance transfers with requestors and vendors, ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist with Emergency Activation and participate in Code Blue drills as required.
• Handle bed/ambulance enquiries via phone/email/fax and ensure timely follow-up.
