Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated administrator to support the Bed Management Unit. You will coordinate and assign beds to patients in a timely, clinically appropriate manner, liaising with stakeholders to optimise resources and minimise waiting times.

You will collate bed statistics and participate in quality improvement activities, contributing to efficient hospital operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• Higher/NITEC/O-Level with 1–2 years frontline experience.
• Relevant healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays.
