Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Bed Management Unit staff for a temporary role in Queenstown, Singapore. Salary is $15/hr with a September 2026 to January 2027 duration. Shifts run 8am–5pm and 11am–8pm, seven days including public holidays.

You will manage admissions/transfers, coordinate with wards, and provide bed and resource utilization reports. Min. O'Level/A'Levels/Diploma is required; no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Bed management: coordinate admissions and transfers to assign beds per policy.
• Ensure capacity is optimally utilized and identify potential bed tight situations.
• Coordinate ambulance transfers and ensure records for analysis.
• Assist with admin duties and uphold PDPA confidentiality.
