Job summary

JurongHealth Campus in Singapore is seeking a Bed Allocation Assistant to support bed management across NTFGH and JCH, ensuring accurate bed allocation and KPI compliance. You will coordinate with multiple departments to update bed availability and respond to bed requests, contributing to smooth hospital operations.

The role requires a minimum of GCE N Levels with 1 year of customer service experience, strong Word/Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service.
• Computer literacy in internet, email and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
• Willing to shift 3 rotating shift including working weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• To perform bed allocation on systems, complying to KPI.
• Work closely with different departments and update the status of bed availability.
• To monitor and manage bed allocation.
• Attend to enquiries and follow up on bed requests.
• To assist in the preparation of hospital bed census and reporting when required.
• Ad-hoc others admin duties in the department.
