Job summary

Crystal Drop Beauty Spa Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise the beauty team, and uphold service and hygiene standards. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, coaching, managing inquiries, ensuring safety and inventory, and reporting on appointments and stock. The ideal candidate has experience in salon supervision and facial skincare services.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a beauty salon or spa operation.
• Strong knowledge of facial skincare services and beauty products.
• Ability to manage staff schedules and address daily operational issues.
• Relevant beauty or supervisory qualifications preferred.
