Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the beauty store.
• Ensure the store achieves or exceeds its goals in relation to cost of operations and revenue, while providing high-quality customer service.
• Train, hire, motivate, evaluate and direct staff.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of beauty facilities and proper operation of all beauty equipment.
• Promote an appealing and relaxing environment through esthetics and tranquility of facilities.
• Maintain client database, schedule appointments, and manage contract laborers and employees.
