Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a dedicated Sales Admin Executive in Singapore to maintain customer records, manage payments, and ensure smooth order flows across perfumeries, wholesales, and other channels. You will handle AR, monthly statements, and credit notes while supporting multiple channels with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer relations and AR, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with CRM and accounting tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer relations and AR.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with beauty/perfume industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer files and records.
• Manage payment collections and Track receivables.
• Process exchanges, returns, and credit notes.
• Provide ETA updates to customers and maintain order accuracy.
• Prepare monthly SOA statements for perfumeries/wholesales channels.
• Handle order processing and price list updates; assist ad-hoc duties.
• Provide general administrative support and responsive customer service.
