Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Store Operations & Client Services Associate to join our luxury retail team. You will maintain stockrooms, replenish stock and ensure product availability on the sales floor to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will work with the Supply Chain and store team, assist Client Advisors, uphold grooming and service standards, and support repairs and after-sales processes while building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and well-managed stockroom to store merchandise and packaging.
• Receive, process and replenish stock to support daily store operations.
• Ensure product availability on the sales floor through timely replenishment.
• Liaise with Supply Chain to fulfil client requests and improve product availability.
• Deliver after-sales support and build client relationships through seamless service.
• Manage client repair requests from submission to completion with timely updates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve product quality issues per company standards.
• Work with store team in daily briefings to achieve store objectives.
• Support Client Advisors in managing customer traffic and operations to deliver exceptional client experience.
• Develop knowledge of brand products, services and heritage.
• Uphold grooming, service and behavioural standards while representing the brand.
