Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Business Operations & Transformation Lead in the Beauty Business Unit to drive operational excellence. You will translate strategic priorities into tangible outcomes, ensuring flawless execution from launch readiness to SKU lifecycle and cost control.

Collaborating with NPD, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial and regional teams, you will identify inefficiencies, mitigate risks, and embed Lean and Six Sigma practices to sustain Dyson’s high-performance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in operational, supply chain, or transformation roles within consumer products, beauty, or technology sectors.
• Experience managing complex product launches, inventory management, and SKU lifecycle in cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across functions, cultures, geographies.
• Commercial and financial acumen for cost optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive business operations performance across the Beauty portfolio, leading end-to-end operational planning and readiness for new product launches through to global rollout.
• Represent Business Operations in cross-functional forums and Product Leadership Teams (PLTs), ensuring clear alignment, operational accountability, and effective challenge.
• Own and optimise the complete SKU lifecycle—including creation, attribute management, phase-in/phase-out, and rationalisation to maintain portfolio efficiency and adhere to global governance.
• Monitor and manage regional inventory health to prevent aging or obsolete stock, implementing proactive run-out strategies and targeted inventory interventions.
• Identify and execute cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives, using benchmark analysis, should-cost modelling, and financial tracking in partnership with Procurement and Finance.
• Champion product quality and reliability initiatives across the portfolio, working with technical teams to minimise cost-of-quality issues and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Deliver priority transformation initiatives across the Beauty unit, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate process bottlenecks and embed best practices.
• Maintain clear operational governance by tracking key metrics across launch, cost, inventory, and quality, delivering timely insights and risk escalations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide change management efforts across global teams, driving adoption of upgraded processes, systems, and standardised ways of working.
