Job summary

DYSON SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED seeks a Business Operations & Transformation Lead for its Beauty unit to drive operational excellence and critical transformation initiatives.

You will anchor across product categories, translating strategy into flawless launch readiness, inventory health, cost control and quality improvements. In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with NPD, Supply Chain, Procurement and regional teams to identify inefficiencies, mitigate risks and embed continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational, supply chain, or transformation roles in consumer products or tech.
• Proven ability to manage complex product launches, inventory management, and SKU lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills with focus on excellence.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across functions, cultures, and geographies.
• Commercial and financial acumen; able to contribute to cost optimisation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational planning and readiness for new product launches to global rollout.
• Represent Operations in cross-functional forums and Product Leadership Teams.
• Own and optimise SKU lifecycle management, including phase-in/out and governance.
• Monitor regional inventory health and implement proactive interventions.
• Identify and execute cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives with Procurement and Finance.
• Champion product quality initiatives to minimise cost-of-quality and improve customer satisfaction.
• Deliver transformation programs using Lean and Six Sigma to remove process bottlenecks.
• Track launch, cost, inventory and quality metrics; provide senior stakeholder insights.
• Guide change management across global teams and promote standardized processes.
