Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Business Operations & Transformation Lead within the Beauty Business Unit to drive operational excellence and execute critical transformation initiatives across the portfolio.

You will act as the operational anchor across product categories, translating strategic priorities into tangible outcomes while ensuring flawless execution across launch readiness, SKU lifecycle management, inventory health, cost and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational, supply chain, or transformation roles in consumer products or tech.
• Experience managing complex product launches, inventory, and SKU lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational planning and readiness for new product launches to global rollout.
• Represent Operations in cross-functional forums and PLTs with clear accountability.
• Own and optimise SKU lifecycle and portfolio governance.
• Monitor regional inventory health and implement proactive interventions.
• Identify cost-reduction initiatives and track financial performance with Procurement/Finance.
• Champion quality and reliability across the portfolio with technical teams.
• Deliver transformation initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track metrics on launch, cost, inventory and quality; escalate risks to leadership.
• Guide change management across global teams and standardised ways of working.
