Job summary

Dyson is seeking a category leader in Singapore to define and drive the category strategy across the full product lifecycle. You will partner across Engineering, Finance, Operations, Revenue, Office of the CEO and Market teams to translate insights into opportunities and deliver category performance.

You will own launch readiness, shape future roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure consumer-driven growth and sustainable commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the long-term vision, strategy and priorities for the category.
• Own the category portfolio, balancing innovation, market coverage, profitability and complexity.
• Shape product roadmaps and launch plans through consumer insights and commercial requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution to deliver category objectives and business outcomes.
• Foster collaboration and influence stakeholders across Dyson to drive growth.
