Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Business Operations & Transformation Lead within the Beauty Business Unit to drive operational excellence, launch readiness, SKU lifecycle management, and cost optimisation across the portfolio. You will partner with NPD, Supply Chain, Commercial and regional teams to translate strategy into tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational, supply chain, or transformation roles within consumer products, beauty, or technology sectors.
• Experience launching products, managing inventory, and SKU lifecycles in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational planning and readiness for new product launches and global rollout.
• Represent Operations in cross-functional forums and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Own and optimise SKU lifecycle management, including creation, attributes, phase-in/out, and rationalisation.
